You may browse the site, read the Journal, and use the contact form for genuine project enquiries. Please don't scrape the site, attempt to break it, submit false information, or use it to send spam.

Text, code samples, and design on aqibops.xyz are © Aqib Ops unless credited otherwise. You may quote short excerpts of Journal posts with a link back. For anything larger, ask first at hi@aqibops.xyz.

Submitting the contact form or booking a discovery call doesn't create a client relationship or oblige either of us to work together. Both sides are free to decline the engagement. A project begins only once a written proposal is accepted.

The site is provided "as is". I do my best to keep it accurate and available, but I don't warrant that it will always be up, error free, or that the information will fit your specific situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aqib Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Client project liability is set out in the individual project contract, not here.

The site links to third-party tools and providers I use or recommend. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or practices.

If these terms change materially I'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
